There are two key aspects that will drive Weaver’s growth:

‍Marketplace. People ultimately come for the marketplace: Builders come to Weaver because it gives them work. Homeowners come to Weaver to find builders. This market dynamic has been validated at high volumes through our work over the last three years: we’ve matched over $120 million worth of projects!

‍Product (Weaver app). Once people come for the marketplace, the product provides them with the value that keeps them coming back. The product is where we’re currently lagging. That’s why we’re doubling down on this now with an awesome engineering team.

The unifying qualities among the team at Weaver are curiosity and a love of solving problems. We want to build things that people actually want to use. To do this, we spend a lot of time listening to our users, running experiments, and iterating. If we’re proven wrong about something, we’re not afraid to change direction.
